Princeton Area Road Closures – 6 p.m. Update

LOCAL ROADS:

In Princeton, River Rd. and Quaker Rd. are closed.

In Montgomery, River Road (Rt 533) is closed at the intersection to the Griggstown Causeway, Griggstown Causeway closed.

In Kingston, Laurel Ave. still blocked off at Route 27.

In Lawrence there is a downed pole and wires on Route 1 northbound at Franklin Corner Rd/Bakers Basin Rd in Lawrence. Right turn lane closed, expect 10-15 minute delays.

In Hopewell, Pleasant Valley Road closed between Route 29 and Valley Road in Hopewell. Route 518 bridge out. Lower River Dr. closed in Titusville.

STATE/INTERSTATE ROADS (In Princeton/Mercer greater area and a bit beyond)

Due to flooding, Rt. 29 in Trenton remains closed between the Rt. 29/Rt. 129 split and the I-95 Scudders Falls Bridge. Please seek alternate routes and allow plenty of extra time to reach your destination.

Flooding on NJ 29 in both directions between CR 519/Kingwood-Stockton Rd in Stockton and North of Quarry Rd/Bulls Island State Park in Delaware Twp. All lanes closed and detoured until further notice.

Sinkhole on NJ 29 southbound North of Duffield Dr in Ewing. Alternate lanes, use caution.

Flooding on US 1 in both directions ramps to NJ 29 in Trenton. Ramp closed and detoured use caution.

Flooding on NJ 175 in both directions at NJ 29 in Ewing Twp. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.

Police ask that you do not drive around barricades.
