Princeton Police Release Sketch of Robbery Suspect

Princeton Police sketch of Witherspoon Street robbery suspect.

The Princeton Borough Police Department has released a sketch of the man who wielded a knife and demanded money from a pedestrian on Witherspoon back on July 22.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Witherspoon and Torrey Lane just before 10 p.m. on July 22. The pedestrian was headed north on Witherspoon when the  suspect approached, brandishing a knife and demanded money.  No property was taken from the victim, whose identity is confidential.

The suspect is described as a young male of Hispanic origin in his late teens to early 20s, 5’02” to 5’04” in height with a stocky build. He was wearing a blue t-shirt with gray ribbing and blue jeans.

Any other individuals who have been victimized in Princeton Borough, who may have witnessed this incident, or who recognize the person in the sketch are asked to contact Princeton Borough Detective Sgt. Christopher Quaste at 609-921-8108.
