Friends Of the Princeton Public Library Annual Book Sale Starts Tomorrow

Rejoice fellow bibliophiles. It is time to get your fix again by heading over to the annual Friends of the Princeton Public Library book sale. The three-day sale, which grows bigger every year, offers more than 10,000 gently used books on a variety of subjects this year. And all the proceeds go toward supporting the library through the Friends group, a dedicated group of volunteers.

For early birds who want to get a jump on the competition, a limited quantity of numbered, $10 tickets will be sold starting at 9 a.m. Friday for the preview sale that runs from 10 a.m. to noon. Starting at noon Friday, admission is free. The sale runs until 8:30 p.m. Friday and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Sunday is half price day. Starting at from 1 to 5:30 p.m., books will be sold at half price in the library community room, and from 1-3 p.m. in the tent on Hinds Plaza. The real book bargain hunting frenzy begins at 3 p.m., when all books located in the tent on Hinds Plaza will be sold for $5 a bag. Bags will be supplied at the sale.
