Princeton High Students Win UNICEF Prize

TUNICEFhree Princeton High School students have been awarded a UNICEF prize through the High School Club Movies for Development Program for their video on what it means to be a global citizen.

Sophomores Lila Abreu, Jacob Middlekauff and Jennie Chen represented the PHS UNICEF club in the competition. The team is one of only three high school clubs in the nation to receive the prize.

The students will attend the U.S. Fund for UNICEF meeting in New York City this month to be recognized for their achievement.

  • Way to go Lila, Jacob and Jennie! That’s really great that you created something good, and even better that you got recognition from UNICEF. Princeton has a great future if we have talented kids like these who have the initiative to do good.
