The Harlem Wizards will bring their hoop magic back to Princeton High School for the second straight year next month.

On Sunday, Nov. 1, at 2 p.m. they will play the Princeton Education Foundation All-Stars, a home team that includes teachers and staff from across the school district.

“We invited the Wizards to come to Princeton because we wanted to host a fun day out for everyone in the community,” said Shazia Manekia, President of the Princeton Education Foundation, which is organizing the event. “It was also a great opportunity to show off our local talent. We have some brawn to go with our brains here in Princeton. The Wizards are going to face some serious competition.”

For more than 50 years, the Harlem Wizards have been entertaining audiences across the country with shows featuring tricks, coordinated ball handling, fancy passing and aerodynamic athleticism combined with high-energy comedy and audience interaction.

The event will be held in the Princeton High School gymnasium. Tickets purchased before November 1st are $12 for adults $10 for children. Tickets are available online. Tickets will also be
available on game day at Princeton High School for $15. All proceeds will go toward PEF Teacher Mini-Grants, which support innovative classroom programs. For more information, please email info@pefnj.org or call 609-806-4214.

  1. My son and I went last year. Very corny but quite a bit of fun.
A great place to meet up and spend time with other parents of public school students.

Plus, it is a wonderful fundraiser for the Princeton Education Association that helps fund initiatives by our wonderful teachers.
