Princeton Area Community Foundation accepting grant applications for two programs

The Princeton Area Community Foundation is currently accepting grant applications for its Community Impact Grants program.

Applications for the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Community Development Fund grants program, which the Community Foundation also supports, are now available as well.

Nonprofits that meet eligibility requirements can apply for both grants.

Community Impact Grants, part of the Community Foundation’s discretionary grants program, are for organizations whose initiatives transform the lives of low-income individuals, families and communities. Grant proposals may or may not specifically target children and adolescents. A quarter of the Community Foundation’s annual grantmaking funds will be allocated for these grants. Guidelines are available online here. The submission deadline is Sept. 11. Before applying, applicants must attend a grant information session. You can register on the events page of the Princeton Area Community Foundation website.

The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce Community Development Fund is an endowed fund held at the Community Foundation. Grants are for nonprofit organizations that play a critical role in education, leadership, economic opportunity, and self-sufficiency. The deadline to submit applications is Sept. 15. More information is available on the Princeton Area Community Foundation website.
