Marilyn Monroe Film Screenings at the Princeton Public Library – In honor of the 50th anniversary of Monroe’s Death, the Princeton Public Library is screening her films all weekend. Screening of ‘The Prince and the Showgirl’ at 4 p.m., ‘My Week with Marilyn’ at 7 p.m., free.

Mr. Ray Performs at Forrestal Village – Come and see why kids love the music of Mr. Ray, 6:30 p.m., free.

The American Plan – Romantic drama set in the Catskills during the summer of 1960, part of the Princeton Summer Theater series. Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Princeton University’s Hamilton Murray Theater, tickets $25.

Princeton Free Wheelers Annual Bike Ride – The 32nd annual ride offers a variety of routes for beginners to experienced riders. The $35 on-site registration fee includes support, rest stops and lunch. Register and pick up cue sheets at Mercer County Community College from 7 a.m. on.

Canning Class at Terhune Orchards – Terhune Orchards owner Pam Mount will teach you how to preserve fruits and veggies in her popular annual canning and freezing class at the farm located at 330 Cold Soil Road in Lawrenceville. 10 a.m., free.

Montgomery and West Windsor Farmers’ Markets – Montgomery Friends of Open Space Farmers’ Market at the Village Shopping Center, 1340 Route 206 South in Skillman, West Windsor Community Farmers’ Market at the Vaughn Drive Parking Lot at the Princeton Junction Train Station. Both  9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Jazz on Palmer Square with B.D. Lenz – Guitarist B.D. Lenz performs on the green as part of Palmer Square’s summer music series. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair, 2-4 p.m., free.

Laughter Yoga  – Take a deep breath and laugh! Combine laughter with deep breathing and the relaxation of yoga with the Princeton Center for Yoga & Health. The center is located in the Orchard Hill Center, 88 Orchard Road in Skillman, 5 p.m., $6.

Hiroshima Day Commemoration – The Peace Coalition hosts the annual commemoration, beginning with a picnic at 6 p.m. in the plaza next to the Woodrow Wilson School. Program after picnic in Dodds Auditorium.
