Princeton Police Blotter: Streaker Visits Princeton Eating Club, Bank Door Vandalized

Friday night, a 20-year-old male decided not to wear any clothes when he visited a dining hall at one of the private eating clubs at Princeton University. Witnesses report that the naked man began dancing in the dining hall at the Cottage Club on Prospect Avenue around 6:30 p.m.  The man was confronted by an employee and he then fled.

A Princeton resident allegedly broke a window at a Nassau Street bank last weekend after having too much to drink. Police were dispatched to the Wells Fargo bank based on reports that a suspicious male was in the area near a broken door to the bank.  When police arrived, Arthur Shockley, 28,  was waiting near the rear door, which had a shattered glass pane. Police said Shockley reported that earlier, he had kicked and shattered the window while intoxicated.  He told police he returned to the bank to pay for the damage and was waiting for a manager to arrive.  He was arrested, charged with criminal mischief, and released.
