Selden Edwards at Labyrnth Books – Selden Edwards will discuss and sign “The Lost Prince”,  Labyrinth Books at 122 Nassau Street, 3 p.m., free.

Princeton Special Sports Pool Party, BBQ and Dance – Open to teens age 13 and up with special needs. At Community Park Pool, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., $10 admission.

Dancer Nutrition – The American Repertory Ballet will host a free lecture, Dancer Nutrition, as part of On Pointe Enrichment Series at 5:15 pm in the Princeton Ballet School in Princeton Shopping Center at 301 North Harrison Street.

Dance! – The Central Jersey Dance Society will present the “No Name Dance” from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Hinds Plaza at 65 Witherspoon Street in Princeton.

Edges – The Princeton University Players will present “Edges” with music and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Frist Film/Performance Theatre on the campus. Tickets are $8-$12.

Boyz ’n the Hood  – The Princeton Triangle Club will perform its latest comedy show Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. at McCarter Theater at 91 University Place in Princeton. Tickets $25 and up.

The Drowsy Chaperone – The Washington Crossing Open Air Theatre production will be performed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ay 7:30 p.m. inside Washington Crossing State Park at 355 Washington Crossing-Pennington Road in Titusville. Tickets $10 and up.

Saturday, June 1

Princeton Plasma Physics Lab Open House – A day of free family fun, including hands-on plasma demonstrations, tours of fusion experiments, NASA moon rocks and meteors, a Hall of Machines, and free prizes and refreshments. The lab is located at 100 Stellarator Road in Princeton, off College Road from the Scudder’s Mill Road exit off Route 1.  9 a.m. to 4 p.m., free.

Strawberry Festival at Cranbury Presbyterian Church – Strawberries, cake, ice cream, games, music, face painting, a clown and more. 22 South Main, Cranbury. 2 to 6 p.m. Tickets $7.

Woodrow Wilson Centennial Walking Tour – The Historical Society of Princeton will lead a Woodrow Wilson Centennial Walking Tour at 2 p.m. from the Bainbridge House at 158 Nassau Street. Tickets are $4-$7.

The One and Only P-rade! – Yes, it is Princeton University reunion time and that means a sea of orange and black marching from the FitzRandolph Gate at Nassau Street at 2 p.m.

Quaker Bridge Mall Kidgits Club Lil Chefs Event – The Quaker Bridge Mall dishes up fun, food and more during its annual Simon Kidgits Lil Chefs event at 1 p.m. in the Center Court. The event is free for Kidgits members and $5 for non-members.From decorating beach-themed cookies and making lemonade with chefs from Chef It Up Kids, a local kid-friendly cooking class facility, to apron and chef hat decorating activities, families and children will have the chance to participate in a variety of food-focused crafts and festivities.

Kristiana Kahakauwila Visits Labyrinth Books – Kristiana Kahakauwila will discuss and sign “This Is Paradise: Stories” at 10:30 a.m. at Labyrinth Books,122 Nassau Street in Princeton.

Michael Glazier Performs at Thomas Sweets Cafe  – Free concert at the ice cream shop located in the strip mall at 1325 Rt 206 in Skillman, 7 to 10 p.m.

Salsa Sensation  – The Central Jersey Dance Society hosts the Salsa Sensation dance beginning with lessons at 7 p.m. and then open dancing until 11:30 p.m. at the Suzanne Patterson Center at 45 Stockton Street in Princeton. Admission $12.

Princeton Reunion Concert and Fireworks – A spectacular fireworks display by the Santore Brothers of Garden State Fireworks. Sponsored by the Alumni Association of Princeton University. Finney and Campbell Fields (across Washington Road, east of Princeton Stadium, enter from Ivy Lane by Clarke Field), Concert at 8 p.m., fireworks 9:15 p.m.

Sunday, June 2

HomeFront Run/Walk for Hope 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run – Walk will benefit HomeFront on June 2 day from 9 a.m. – noon at the ETS Campus on Rosedale Road in Princeton, followed by a family day. All funds raised will go the “Summer of Their Lives” Summer Camp programs for HomeFront children. On site registration $40.

Listen Local Acoustic Music – Join local vocalist Helen O’Shea, guitarist Ed Hermann and special guests for an afternoon of  “Songs from the Heart,” including traditional Irish ballads, acoustic versions of American rock songs and more. Additional performers will be Jeff Friedman, Garry Pearsall, Perfect Harmony, Strings Attached and Princeton rock band, Morph the Cat. Princeton Public Library Community Room, 3 p.m.

Opposites Attract Art Exhibit – A retrospective art exhibit by husband and wife Charles McVicker and Lucy Graves McVicker, on view from June 2-15 in Sawmill Gallery at Prallsville Mills at 33 Risler Street, Route 29, in Stockton. Gallery hours 1-6 pm.

Trenton’s First Garden – Historic horticulturalist Charlie Thomforde will present an illustrated lecture about 18th century gardening at 2 p.m. in the Trent House at 15 Market Street in Trenton.

Mendelssohn’s St. Paul – The Central Jersey Choral Society will perform St. Paul, Mendelssohn’s first oratorio, on from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Saint David The King Catholic Church, 1 New Village Road, Princeton Junction. Tickets $15.

Concerto Extravaganza! – The Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a Concerto Extravaganza at 7 p.m. at the Princeton Alliance Church, 20 Schalks Crossing Road, Plainsboro. Tickets $15.
