1997 Princeton Men’s Lacrosse Named NCAA “Champion Of Champions Finalist”

The Princeton University  1997 NCAA men’s lacrosse team has reached the final of the NCAA’s “Champion of Champions” contest.

The NCAA set up a 16-team bracket of the greatest college men’s lacrosse teams of all-time, and invited fans to vote to determine which teams advanced.

Now the Tigers face the 2012 Loyola Greyhounds for the win.

Fans have until Wednesday to vote for the winner.

The 1997 Tigers went 15-0m and won the NCAA final over Maryland by a score of 19-7. The 12-goal margin remains the largest in an NCAA men’s championship lacrosse game.
