Princeton Police Warn Residents to Lock Cars, Bring Valuables Inside

princeton policeA series of burglaries were reported overnight in the Riverside Drive neighborhood. Police say items were taken from unlocked cars.

The burglaries occurred in Princeton’s southeast area neighborhoods of Prospect Avenue, Riverside Drive, Adams Circle, and Vernon Circle. A total of eight vehicles were reportedly entered and rummaged through with loose change, household tools, and other personal items being stolen.

All of the vehicles were unlocked at the time of the thefts. Residents are reminded to lock their car doors and bring in valuables.
