Latest Hospital Safety Survey Released

spPrinceton Medical CEnterThe Washington, D.C. nonprofit Leapfrog Group, which is dedicated to improving healthcare quality, has released its latest national hospital shttps://planetprinceton.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=21347&action=editafety survey.

Hospitals in Mercer County participated in the survey, including the University Medical Center for Princeton at Plainsboro, Capital Health in Hopewell and Trenton, St. Francis, and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Hamilton.

The survey looks at general safety measures and policies. It also looks at data for maternity care, high risk surgeries, hospital-acquired conditions, hospital length of stay and hospital readmission. Scores are based on a series of questions submitted to hospitals. The responses are voluntary.
