Nomad Pizza Opens in Princeton

Nomad Princeton Princeton area lovers of Nomad Pizza no longer need to make the trip to Hopewell Borough when they are craving some wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.

The Princeton pizzeria opened Tuesday at the former site of the Amoco gas station at the Princeton Shopping Center on Harrison Street. The new location features more seating than the Hopewell location, plus an outdoor patio area.

Sixteen pizza choices are listed on the Princeton menu, as well as Trenton tomato pies. Starters include meatballs and an asparagus plate, and Nomad Princeton also currently offers four salads: A house salad, roasted root salad, arugula salad, and Caesar salad.

Founded by Tom Grim and Stalin Bedon, Nomad started out as a food truck. The original Hopewell location opened in 2010, and two Philadelphia locations followed.
