Sō Percussion, an American quartet that hosts a summer institute in Princeton each year, has announced the dates and venues for the 2016 Sō Percussion Summer Institute concert series.

The summer institute, which attracts people from around the world, is an intensive two-week chamber music seminar for college-age
percussionists and composers. About 40 people will be participating this year.

The group, the Edward T. Cone Performers-in-Residence at Princeton University, will be celebrating 15 years
of new works for percussion quartets. Many of the works were developed on the Princeton campus by Sō in partnership with the composition faculty of the Princeton University Department of Music.
