Students and professors at Princeton University participated in an anti-hate rally Wednesday afternoon. The”Rally for a Hate-Free Princeton” was organized by several student groups and campus organizations in response to racist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Semitic flyers that were posted on the campus last week.

The flyers, similar to ones distributed recently at other universities, were found posted on some Princeton University buildings and were removed after school officials received a complaint about them. The flyers listed the web address and phone number for a white nationalist organization.

About 125 people attended the event. After students made brief remarks, they made and distributed posters on campus promoting unity and diversity.
