A Poetry Reading by Jay Wright

Acclaimed playwright, poet, and essayist Jay Wright reads from his work in poetry. Wright’s honors include the 2000 Lannan Literary Award for Poetry, an American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters Literary Award, a Guggenheim Fellowship, a MacArthur Fellowship, a National Endowment for the Arts grant, a a 1970 Hodder Fellowship at Princeton, and the 1996 Academy of American Poets Fellowship. Presented by Lewis Center for the Arts’ Program in Creative Writing and the Bain-Swiggett Fund in the Department of English.
