Arts Council of Princeton Announces Pinot to Picasso Vintage 2019 ~ Enchanted Forest Tickets Now Available

The Arts Council of Princeton’s (ACP) signature spring art and wine fundraiser, Pinot to Picasso, will be held Friday, May 17 from 7-10pm at the Technology Center of Princeton, 330 Carter Road, Princeton NJ. Attendees can expect a salon-style exhibition, gourmet tastings, and hand-selected world wines and cocktails. The theme for this year’s event is Enchanted Forest: professional artists will transform a raw commercial space into a lush enchanted forest where flora, fauna, and fun await under a full moon.
One of the highlights of the evening is the “Tombola,” an Italian-style art lottery of original works contributed by talented local artists. Having previewed the available choices and making a quick decision when their number is drawn, each Tombola ticket holder takes home an original work of art.
Guests will indulge in specialty tastings prepared by Jammin’ Crepes, Local Greek, Mediterra, Olsson’s Fine Foods, Trattoria Procaccini, and Whole Earth Center, and satisfy their sweet tooth with desserts by Capital Corn & Confections, House of Cupcakes, and Milk & Cookies. Hand-selected wines and cocktails created by Crook & Marker and Sourland Mountain Spirits will make for a festive and satisfying culinary experience.

Preview the donated Tombola artwork in the Taplin Gallery at the Arts Council of Princeton’s Paul Robeson Center for the Arts from May 9 to May 13, with a special Preview Opening Reception on May 9 from 5:30-7:30pm. Parking is available in the Spring and Hulfish Street Garages and at metered parking spots along Witherspoon Street and Paul Robeson Place.
Revenue raised from Pinot to Picasso supports the Arts Council of Princeton’s Anne Reeves Fund, which supports community arts initiatives and the Arts Council of Princeton’s Artist-in-Residence Program.
