Being Brave Event – A Star-studded Celebration Honoring Survivors of Domestic Violence

November 8 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Lisa Guerrero of Inside Edition will host Tarana Burke, founder #MeToo Movement, who will be honored at the inaugural Being Brave event organized by Town Clock Community Development Corporation. The November 8 star-studded celebration in New Brunswick will honor survivors of domestic violence through song, dance and spoken word. Town Clock CDC is the largest facility of its kind in New Jersey, only one of 40 facilities in the U.S. that provides permanent housing and supportive services to survivors. Fifty-seven percent of homeless women cite domestic violence as the cause of their homelessness. www.BeingBraveEvent.org
