Ficus Bon Vivant Invites you to Embrace the Everyday, Featuring Artist, Thomas Kelly
February 28 • 11:00 am
Free to public / Reservations for diningFicus invites you to enjoy this exceptional art exhibition and dining experience as we celebrate the warmth and expressive paintings created by friend Thomas Kelly in Embrace the Everyday.
Thomas Kelly’s paintings have been described as deceptively simplistic and are both critically acclaimed and very approachable, allowing viewers to relate to the world they see or may experience each day. Embrace The Everyday at Ficus Bon Vivant in Princeton shares Kelly’s expressionist style paintings and invites viewers to relate to moments observed or relationships we experience in our own everyday occurrences.
Kelly’s paintings have been featured in galleries throughout the greater area. His work has been featured at the Artful Deposit Gallery, Bordentown, NJ, Beauregard Fine Art in Rumson, NJ, the Bethlehem House Gallery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and Walter Wickiser Gallery NYC. Since 1994, his work has been shared in over 40 solo and selected group exhibitions around the world, and has made impactful connections to his viewers. Kelly has also been selected to share his passion for art and writing as a lecturer since 2000.
This exhibition will feature Kelly’s paintings now through May 6, 2024. Join us at the opening event for Embrace the Everyday on Sunday, February 4th, 3:30- 5 pm at Ficus Bon Vivant, located at 235 Nassau Street in Princeton to taste savory bites and get to know Thomas Kelly (if you don’t already know him) to enjoy everyday life through colorful and expressionistic paintings.
