What if it took only 15 minutes a day to help you relieve the daily stresses that weigh you down?
Join us for an hour long workshop on the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. You’ll learn:
– An introduction to Heartfulness, the benefits of meditation, scientific studies that support the practice;
– A guided meditation from a trained meditator from the Experience Heartfulness Team;
– An opportunity to discuss these strategies in greater detail through Q&A with the practitioners.
This event is hosted by the Plainsboro Township Human Relations Council and facilitated by the Heartfulness Institute.
Participants do not need to be a resident of Plainsboro, the event is free & open to the public. Participants are encouraged to where comfy clothes.
