
Lawrence’s First Community-Wide PRIDEfest, Featuring Pride Walk, Run, and Roll

Lawrence Township is set to make history with its first community-wide PRIDEfest, a celebration of love, diversity, and inclusion, on Sunday, June 15. The event will feature various activities for all ages, beginning with the inaugural Pride Walk Run and Roll at 8:00 a.m. (for a warm-up) with the race starting at 8:30 a.m.
PRIDEfest promises a morning filled with community spirit, entertainment, and support for the LGBTQ+ community. The festivities will kick off at 8 a.m. at the Lawrence Shopping Center on Route 1 in Lawrence Township, NJ, and will include:
- Walk Run and Roll: A 3-mile run/walk/roll event promoting health and community spirit. Participants of all abilities are encouraged to join.
- Live Entertainment: We are thrilled to welcome Gabe Parsons, a folk rock singer-songwriter from Hopewell Valley, New Jersey and the School of Rock House Band, plus many others.
- Vendors and Exhibitors: A diverse array of vendors and exhibitors, including local businesses, community organizations, and LGBTQ+ support services.
- Food and Refreshments: A variety of local businesses will be selling food, and many others will offer discounts when you visit their restaurant.
- Family-Friendly Activities: Activities for children and families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Event Details:
