Princeton University Professor Denis Feeney discusses how Plautus’ works from the 2nd century BC anticipated modern musical comedy, such as this year’s Princeton Festival musical A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. The lecture is free and open to the public and co-sponsored by The Princeton Festival and the Princeton Public Library.
