Living Life Neopolitan-style Topic at Dorothea’s House
April 7 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
What started as a three-month internship for Princeton University graduate Katherine Wilson turned into a permanent embrace of Naples and the Neapolitan approach to life — and a warm and witty memoir: Only in Naples: Lessons in Food and Famiglia from My Italian Mother-in-law.
Wilson will share her journey through courtship, culture clashes, and the preparation and consumption of food with her mother-in-law on Sunday, April 7, at 5 p.m. at Dorothea’s House.
Wilson was born and raised in Washington, D.C., and has lived in Italy for the past 19 years. In addition to writing her memoir, she has worked in television, film, and theater.
Dorothea’s House is located at 120 John Street in Princeton. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 4:45 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring refreshments to share at the reception following the program.
