Held on Tuesdays & Thursdays on April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 & 17 (6 – 8 pm) at the Princeton Medical Center.
$60 per person.
This six-session series will help individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia (bone density loss) reduce their risk of falls, improve spinal alignment, and protect the spine during daily activities. There will be an educational and exercise component, and participants must be able to safely and independently get down onto the floor and back up.
Specially trained physical therapists will lead exercises intended to improve bone health, posture, strength, and balance. We will also cover the latest on medical management and important dietary/nutrition information for effective management.
