Olsson’s Fine Foods: Burrata Making Class

Learn how to make the most luscious of cheeses at Olsson’s Fine Foods! By stretching mozzarella curd to an almost transparent skin and filling it with a creamy mixture, burrata is the ultimate cheese to pair with pasta or fresh tomatoes. You will also get to bring home two balls of burrata!
(Because the class involves the use of very hot water, Olsson’s asks that all attendees be at least 13 years of age or older.)
