The Princeton Farmers’ Market is excited to announce the opening of its 2016 Season beginning on Thursday, May 19th, and running every Thursday through November 17th. The market will be held on Hinds Plaza from 11am to 4pm, rain or shine, and will feature 25 vendors offering local organic produce, free range beef, poultry, pork, eggs and cheese, baked goods with gluten-free options, nut butters, coffee, flowers, honey, pickles, crepes, a juice bar, and more. Each market will host live music from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, a non-profit table, and a rotating vendor table with shifting weekly guests. Click here to see our vendor list.
This summer the market will partner with the Princeton Public Library to host community events on the first and fourth Thursday of each month. The first event will be a cookbook launch on June 2nd with local author John Holl.
