Pure Barre technique is one of the fastest, most effective, yet one of the safest ways to create a long lean physique. Pure Barre is known for its unique, low-impact technique that helps protect your joints while sculpting your body in record breaking time. The studio uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to music, involving a total body workout that tones thighs, abs, arms all while burning fat.
Participants should wear pants that are carpi or full-length, a top that covers your midriff and socks. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new client waiver, enjoy the goodies before classes, and get a quick run-down of the technique with your teacher to give you the best first class experience!
