Harpsichordist Rebecca Pechefsky will play a program of works by William Byrd, Johann Ludwig Krebs, and Georg Benda on two especially fine harpsichords: an original seventeenth-century Italian instrument, and a 1978 Keith Hill German-style double-manual harpsichord. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Rebecca Pechefsky is a prolific recitalist, recording artist and chamber musician. She is a founder of the ensemble Brooklyn Baroque. The recital is free to the public, with no reservations required.
