This will be a restorative workshop using the Omni Gym™ Swing and a variety of yoga props to facilitate alignment and hold poses without strain. A combination of inversions, forward bends, back bends and longer hold times allow for deep muscular release and spinal decompression. Lengthen your spine, deepen your practice and defy gravity as you allow the swing to support your weight.
