Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. During long holds, your muscles relax deeply without any discomfort, stress, strain, injury risk and pain. This workshop is a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
This monthly restorative workshop uses supported asanas (poses), breath work and meditation practices to explore different relaxation techniques. This calming resting is different from sleep, while you need both rest and sleep this gentle practice helps you relieve stress and energizes you at the same time. This workshop will offer an extended guided meditation to allow you to relax and recharge.
