The weekly series promotes overall wellness through the practice of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese art that blends exercise with stress reduction. Each week will include a warmup, followed by basic, low-impact Tai Chi movements. Taking place in an exhibition gallery at the GRounds for Sculpture, this is a opportunity to focus on both body and spirit while surrounded by the beauty and inspiration of art.
