The Future of Workers’ Rights in America

The 2019 Donald S. Bernstein ’75 Lecture at Princeton University will feature a distinguished panel of labor law experts discussing “The Future of Workers’ Rights in America.” This public event will take place Thursday, April 11th at 4:30 p.m. in 120 Lewis Library, and is presented by the Program in Law and Public Affairs (LAPA).
Panelists include: William B. Gould IV, Charles A. Beardsley Professor of Law, Emeritus, Stanford Law School, and Chair, National Labor Relations Board 1994–98; Kate Andrias, Professor of Law, University of Michigan Law School; and Dorian Warren, President, Community Change. LAPA Director Paul Frymer, Professor of Politics at Princeton University, will moderate the discussion. The Bernstein Lecture is the keynote address for a “Conference on Law and Work” to be held the following day.
