Walk the Interfaith Talk and Picnic
June 15 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pmFree
A meetup with a twist. A one-on-one interfaith learning experience. An opportunity to meet someone of different faith/no-faith and cultural traditions and, while you are walking a path in Mercer County Park, ask all kinds of questions to learn about their faith. Then, reverse directions and reverse roles as you walk back, providing answers to questions from your walking partner about your own religious beliefs. All while getting some good exercise and enjoying the beauty of the Park’s natural setting. After that, we celebrate with a picnic. Bring your favorite dish to share. Bring your family and friends.
