Winberie’s 40th Birthday Bash

Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar in Princeton is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a Birthday Bash on July 14 from 4-7 p.m. The unforgettable evening will take place in Palmer Square and feature live music from Electric Sting Ray, craft beer and spirit selections from a variety of partners—including Icarus Brewing Company, New Trail Brewing and Little Water Distillery.

Additionally, Winberie’s is serving up some fan favorites from the past forty years that are perfect for a summer cookout: North Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sliders, Southern Fried Chicken Salad (or a vegetarian grilled Sweet Local Corn substitute), Cajun Mac & Cheese Dogs, Creamy Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Toll House Pie Squares, and Chilled Watermelon Wedges. Guests can also enjoy cocktail making demonstrations of Winberie’s famous “Princeton 75” drink, giveaways with exclusive merchandise, a 360 degree selfie station and historic imagery of Winberie’s legacy of excellence.
