Hiring nonprofit development professionals is becoming increasingly difficult. However, there are strategies that you can incorporate today that will help you recruit qualified candidates for your organization. Join NRG Consulting, NJ Center for Nonprofits, and Women in Development – New Jersey for an informational conversation on what you need to know to find and retain the right talent in 2023.
