NAMI Mercer’s 12th annual walk-a-thon is the largest anti-stigma event in the County with more than 1,000 participants each year. The 5k event raises awareness about the prevalence of mental illness, helping to reduce stigma, and increase understanding. NAMI Walks raises necessary funds to continue providing the community with support in coping with this chronic, and at times devastating, illness.

Join Princeton students during reading period to tune yourself. In this 90-minute sound healing participants will interact with singing bowls, weighted tuning forks, breath and song to awaken a body-mind consciousness. Gentle movement will guide participants into an expansive state of awareness and invite healing and rest. Led by Fletcher Boote, a composer, performer, visual artist and healer investigating the nuances of human relationships and bodies as they are expressed in arrangements of sounds, and hosted by Princeton Arts Fellow César Alvarez.
