SUMMARY:Pride on the Plaza
DESCRIPTION:Now in its sixth year\, this Pride celebration has become a beloved annual event for the Princeton community\, bringing together the library and community partners for a collaborative gathering centered on inclusion and connection\, where everyone belongs and everyone is accepted. \nThis all-ages dance party features music\, color and community spirit\, with an electrifying mix curated by DJ Darius the First. The festivities include a special appearance by drag artist Gym Da Hollow\, a marketplace showcasing local makers\, and a variety of activities for all ages. Indoor space in the Community Room will be available for those who wish to relax and connect. \nAll are welcome to attend and participate. \nCo-sponsored by the library\, Arts Council of Princeton\, Center for Modern Aging Princeton\, HiTOPS\, McCarter Theatre Center\, the Municipality of Princeton and Princeton Gender + Sexuality Resource Center.
