Route 206 open again as of early Wednesday

Route 206 in Princeton between Lovers Lane and Hutchinson Street was closed for more than 16 hours on Tuesday, Aug. 27, due to a downed utility pole.

Route 206 southbound traffic was detoured onto Lovers Lane and Route 206 north traffic was detoured onto Hutchinson Street.

First responders were on the scene Tuesday morning. Utility workers removed the pole from the roadway and the road was opened again just after midnight on Wednesday.
