Anastasia – The musical transports audiences from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Tommy Gooch visits Catch A Rising Star – Catch A Rising Star Comedy Club Presents Tommy Gooch. Born in Brooklyn, Tommy was raised and still lives on Staten Island. Tarzan, the Musical – Based on Disney’s epic animated musical adventure and Edgar Rice Burrough’s Tarzan of the Apes, Tarzan features heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins and high-flying adventure. Trenton Walks! Trenton Revolutionary War – Trenton’s pivotal role in the American Revolutionary War will be the backdrop for the Trenton Walks! program. The walk starts at the Battle Monument at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of N. Warren and Tucker streets and will continue for 2.8 miles through downtown Trenton, past 18 sites associated with the First and Second Battles of Trenton. 9:30 a.m. Free.  

Burrata making class – Burrata is the ultimate cheese to pair with pasta or fresh tomatoes. Learn how to stretch mozzarella curd to an almost transparent skin and fill it with a creamy mixture at Olsson’s Fine Foods. You will get to bring home two balls of burrata. Because the class involves the use of very hot water, attendance is for ages 13 and up. 52 Palmer Square West. 9 a.m. Registration fee is $35.

West Windsor Community Farmers’ Market – Seasonal produce, mushrooms, pastured meats, local seafood, artisan cheese, jams, honey, breads, sweets, eggs, and pickled vegetables.  Princeton Junction Train Station Vaughn Drive Lot, 877 Alexander Road, Princeton Junction. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. No entry fee.

Winery Weekend Music Series at Terhune Orchards – Live music by Greg McGarvey, indoor seating in the wine barn among the wine tanks, outdoor seating with firepits. Enjoy hot mulled wine, tasting flights of Terhune favorite wines, and wine by the glass. S’mores and hot cocoa kits available. Fiesta del Dia de los Reyes Magos Flamenco celebration –  Fiesta del Día de Los Reyes Magos, or Three Kings Day, is celebrated throughout the world to mark the culmination of the twelve days of Christmas. Live dance performance features multiple dance numbers as you learn about this cultural holiday and end the holiday season in celebration. The Battle of Princeton’s 248th Anniversary Reenactment – Witness British and American reenactors, musket, cannon firing, and horsemen in a narrated reenactment of the January 3, 1777 Battle of Princeton. Be a part of a memorial wreath-laying ceremony following the reenactment with military units, color guards, and lineage organizations. Talk to historians and reenactors. Tour the historic Thomas Clarke House and new Battle of Princeton exhibit. Free coffee and hot cocoa! Princeton Battlefield State Park, 500 Mercer Road, Princeton. 9:45 a.m. to 11 a.m. Online registration has ended. Register on site starting at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. $10 donation.

Battle of Princeton victory meal at the Yankee Doodle Tap Room – In partnership with the Princeton Battlefield Society, the Yankee Doodle Tap Room invites attendees of the January 5 Battle of Princeton reenactment for a special 20% off post-battle meal. What to Look For When You Look at Art – Learn the principles of how to approach, analyze and appreciate great works of art the way an artist would. session includes discussions on viewing art as a physical object and the expression of an idea as well as art in the context of its time, and the elements of composition.
