Center for Modern Aging Princeton receives $45,500 grant for older adult programs

The Center for Modern Aging Princeton has received a $45,500 grant from the Princeton Area Community Foundation’s Community Impact Grants Fund to support programs for older adults.

The funding, provided in partnership with the Burke Foundation and Johnson & Johnson, will be used to expand outreach, improve access to health and technology programs, and support efforts to reduce social isolation among older adults in the greater Princeton area.

The grant will also benefit educational offerings at the organization’s Nancy S. Klath Center for Lifelong Learning and its online platforms.

The Community Impact Grants Fund supports nonprofits working to improve the lives of residents in the region, with a focus on children, families, and individuals experiencing poverty.

The Center for Modern Aging Princeton, formerly known as the Princeton Senior Resource Center, provides wellness, education, and social programs for older adults.
