South Brunswick police seek information on hunter seen at Princeton Manor development

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a hunter who has been seen walking through the Princeton Manor development over the past week.
According to South Brunswick police, the hunter has been captured on several Ring cameras traveling through the residential neighborhood and heading into surrounding wooded areas. Police released an image of the hunter and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
New Jersey Fish and Game regulations prohibit hunting without permission from a landowner or lessee. Hunters and trappers must have oral or written permission before entering posted lands or agricultural lands.
State regulations also prohibit carrying a loaded firearm within 450 feet of a building or school playground, or an arrow within 150 feet of a building, unless the hunter is the owner, lessee, or has written authorization. Additional prohibitions include discharging firearms or bows across roads or highways, hunting from motor vehicles, using artificial lights to hunt wildlife, and possessing loaded firearms in vehicles.
Police are asking anyone with information about the individual to call the South Brunswick Police Department at (732) 329-4646.
