South Brunswick police locate missing 16-year-old (updated)

Editor’s note: The teen was found just before 11 p.m. on Thursday. Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word to locate her.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile last seen on Thursday afternoon in South Brunswick.

Mariah Freeman, 16, was last seen at her home around 4 p.m., police said.

She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs about 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black North Face hoodie, a black hat, and gray sweatpants.
