Penn Medicine Princeton Health has appointed Dann Dingle to serve as the hospital’s new chief operating officer, the health system announced.
Dingle has spent the past 21 years in increasingly senior roles at Princeton Health, including director of security, director of support services and emergency management, and assistant vice president of support services. As chief operating officer, Dingle will oversee facility operations, emergency management, and support services such as environmental services, food and nutrition, security, and engineering. His portfolio also includes pharmacy, outpatient infusion, and laboratory services.
As a member of the executive leadership team, he will collaborate across the organization on patient-centered care, process improvement, financial stewardship, and employee engagement.
Dingle holds a master’s degree in health science with a concentration in clinical operations and healthcare management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, focused on emergency management, from the University of Phoenix.
