Juvenile on e-bike critically injured in Princeton crash

A juvenile riding an e-bike was critically injured Sunday after a collision with a motor vehicle at the intersection of Ewing Street and Terhune Road, according to police.

Police officers in Princeton were called to the intersection at about 12:01 p.m. Sunday, April 26, after someone reported a crash involving an e-bike. Emergency responders from the Princeton Fire Department and the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad also responded.

When first responders arrived, they discovered that a juvenile operating the e-bike had been involved in a collision with a motor vehicle. A preliminary investigation found that the juvenile was traveling north on Ewing Street and entered the intersection of Terhune Road, where the e-bike collided with a vehicle traveling east on Terhune Road, police said.

The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
