ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has acquired Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty, expanding the Florida-based luxury brokerage into the New Jersey market.

The acquisition joins two family-led affiliates within the Sotheby’s International Realty network and creates what the companies described as a “luxury real estate corridor” stretching from Florida’s East Coast to the Northeast.

Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty will continue operating from its offices in Princeton and Lambertville.

Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty has more than 80 years of operational experience and is the top real estate brokerage in Mercer County by dollar volume, according to the company. The brokerage also ranks first in Princeton and has a strong presence across Somerset, Hunterdon, Bucks, and Middlesex counties. The firm has 135 agents.

“The Callaway and Henderson families have built an exceptional business that has defined excellence in Central New Jersey through decades of leadership, integrity, and trusted market expertise,” said Daniel de la Vega, president and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Their approach reflects the same values that guide our firm, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth while strengthening the incredible synergies between the Northeast and East Coast markets.”

Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty is led by Judson Henderson, Matt Henderson, and Jane Henderson Kenyon. The company is known for its local market knowledge, client service, and long-standing community ties.

“This represents a defining evolution for our family business, and an incredible opportunity for our brand’s future,” said Jud Henderson, managing member at Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty. “By working together with a like-minded, family-run company, we are creating a foundation that will serve our agents, employees, and clients for decades to come.”

Henderson said the partnership will allow the company to expand the reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand while creating stronger connections between markets in New Jersey and Florida.

Aileen Konzelmann has been named president of the New Jersey brokerage for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and will oversee the company’s growth and expansion efforts in the state.

Konzelmann has more than 30 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality and residential real estate, including 23 years with Marriott International. Most recently, she served as founder and managing broker for Weichert Premier’s Moorestown and Haddonfield offices. According to the company, those offices became top-performing operations under her leadership.

Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty achieved nearly $800 million in closed sales in 2025, according to the company. The brokerage said it participated in 94% of all Mercer County transactions above $3 million and all top 10 sales in the county during the year.

The company also said it holds the top market share in Princeton, Pennington Borough, Hopewell Borough and Township, Montgomery Township, and Stockton Borough. Its transaction portfolio ranges from $70,000 homes to estates exceeding $5 million.

The brokerage traces its roots to 1953, when John T. Henderson Sr. opened his first office in Princeton. N.T. Callaway Real Estate, founded by Pete Callaway, was established in 1974. The two family-run firms merged in 2012 to form Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty operates 30 offices along Florida’s East Coast, from Miami and Key Biscayne to Jacksonville and Vero Beach. According to the company, Sotheby’s International Realty has a network of more than 26,000 associates in more than 86 countries and territories.
