Dave Butler and Friends Present Cinema Improv: A Living Soundtrack

Cinema Improv is a podcast where musicians from around the country gather in a recording studio to create live, improvised soundtracks to movies. This show will be a very special live performance of the podcast where the audience will experience watching a movie and seeing the band improvise a soundtrack at the same time.

Dave Butler and Friends is a musical collective that weaves together groove, improvisation, and song-craft into an eclectic, feel-good live experience. Formed for a residency in his hometown of Hopewell, NJ, drummer and producer Dave Butler created the project as a way to make more music with his closest collaborators while home from tour. With a rotating cast of special guests and a core group of four friends, the band quickly developed a unique chemistry all their own.
