Princeton Makes Benefit for Princeton Mobile Food Pantry

Princeton Makes will host a festive holiday benefit on Saturday, December 20, in support of the Princeton Mobile Food Pantry (PMFP). The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. at the Princeton Makes artist space in the Princeton Shopping Center and brings together local artists, musicians, and community members for an afternoon of creativity and fundraising.
The fundraiser will feature raffles for donated artwork, gift certificates, and items from local businesses. Visitors can enjoy live music throughout the afternoon, with performances ranging from jazz to soul to pop. A tip jar for musicians will also collect contributions for PMFP.
As part of an open studio event, guests will have the opportunity to see artists at work and experience the creative process firsthand. Attendees are encouraged to bring food donations or make financial contributions to support PMFP’s mission.
The Princeton Mobile Food Pantry, founded in 2010, provides food and household staples directly to nearly 300 Princeton families — serving infants, school-aged children, parents, and seniors through a volunteer-led delivery model.
About Princeton Makes
Princeton Makes is a cooperative of 28 local artists, including 11 who work in on-site studios throughout the week. Its retail space features artwork from all cooperative members, offering shoppers a wide range of pieces, including paintings, drawings, stained glass, sculpture, textiles, jewelry, prints, handmade cards, lamps, window hangings, hats, scarves, and more. Customers are often able to interact directly with artists during their visit.

The Princeton Mobile Food Pantry, Inc. is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization that provides food and other support to underserved members of the Princeton community.
