The Princeton Farmers’ Market Summer Market Series will be held on Hinds Plaza Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting on May 16. People attending the market can buy local produce, farm raised meats, local cheese, honey, and more! The Market will operate on Thursdays through November 14. Home Preservation: Freezing and Dehydrating Workshop on Thursday, May 23 at 1 to 3 p.m. or 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Office, 310 Milltown Road in Bridgewater. In this workshop participants will learn safe and easy freezing methods for vegetables and fruit, and how to dehydrate herbs, vegetables and fruit, including using a food dehydrator. The 9th annual Mercer County Cultural Festival and Food Truck Rally on Saturday, June 15, at the Mercer County Park Festival Grounds in West Windsor.
