Miele is offering two knife skills classes on Saturday, April 28th.  The 11:00 AM class is a beginning knife skills class for kids 10 and up.  Under careful supervision, our Zwilling chef will teach your Junior Chef what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task and how to maintain knives.  From brunoise to julienne, they will learn essential cutting techniques that will inspire their creativity in the kitchen.  The 2:00 PM class is reserved for adults.…

Chasing George and Ciclovia

Chasing George is a 10-mile bike ride along the D&R Canal State Park path, in the spirit of the route Washington took on January 3, 1777 to fight in what became the Battle of Princeton. Lawrence Township Memorial Day Parade

Lawrence Township’s annual Memorial Day parade and ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 26. The parade will assemble in the Lawrence High School parking lot at 9 a.m. and step off at 10 a.m. The route: Princeton Pike North to Darrah Lane,  finishinh in Lawrence Veterans Park. At the conclusion of the parade, a Memorial Service and Ceremony will be conducted in the Park.
