Bomb Threat Near Montgomery Border

Several businesses in Princeton Township were evacuated yesterday afternoon after police received a bomb threat.

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates, which is located in Montgomery, was the target of the threat. Police in Montgomery Township warned Princeton Township Police about the threat because they could not pinpoint the exact location of the threat target, and several businesses in Princeton Township share a similar name or are affiliated with Princeton Orthopaedic.

Businesses that included the Princeton Neck and Back Institute were evacuated as a precaution. The State Police, Mercer County Sheriff, and Ewing Police Department responded with K-9 units. All of the evacuated buildings were searched and no bomb was found.

  • Congrats to PHS senior Derek DiGregorio on receiving his diploma last night. Derek, who has a rare genetic disorder, was able to walk with the help of an exoskeleton, with his mom and brother by his side. #princetonproud
